Bank Holiday Charity Treasure Hunt

Arrival and Registration: 9am - 10am. Registration Form
Entry Fee Per Car: £10
The treasure hunt should take you around 2 hrs to complete. We are looking for entrants to find all of the clues and retrieve any items required; this is a participation event rather than a race! Please ensure that you remain within the legal speed limit when driving to find clues.
In the evening, there will be an award ceremony. Each contestant will receive a medal and bottle of house wine per car. The winner will receive a trophy and a bottle of Didier Chopin Brut Champagne!
Breakfast: Start the hunt with a sausage, bacon or Glamorgan sausage bap and a bottle of orange/apple juice or tea/coffee for £6.50. Available to eat-in or on-the-go.
Pre-order: Order your lunch (Sandwich & Chips) for the special price of £6
Evening from 7pm: A traditional basket meal (chicken, scampi, burger, pork or Glamorgan sausage) costs £12, with £3 going to our nominated charity, www.worldofwords.education.
Award Ceremony, Silent Auction and DJ: The event will start at around 8 p.m. with entertainment from DJ Markymo, karaoke and a silent auction with great items on offer, including:
A day of golf for 4
A tray of jelly shots
Bottle of champagne
Sunday lunch for 2 at The Lodge
Sunday Night Room Rate: £65 B&B per room, with £15 donated to our nominated charity www.worldofwords.education.
